At SparkQix, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to make returns and refunds easy and hassle-free.


Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • The item is unused, in original condition and packaging
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return
  3. Attach clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect
  4. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions or arrange pickup (if applicable).


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, wallet)
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging
  • Return requests made after 7 days of delivery

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (wrong size, color, etc.), please follow the same return process and mention your exchange preference in the message.
